By accessing or using the Axova website and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Research Use Only

All products sold by Axova are designated for Research Use Only (RUO). Products are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, or diagnostic purposes. By purchasing, you confirm that products will be used solely for legitimate scientific research in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from Axova. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at the time of order placement.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Contact support@axovalab.com for return authorization.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Axova website, including text, graphics, logos, and data, is the property of Axova Research Supply and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Axova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
