Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. All compounds undergo final quality verification before dispatch to ensure batch integrity.
Shipping Methods
Standard shipping (3-5 business days) and expedited shipping (1-2 business days) are available for domestic orders. International shipping availability varies by destination.
Cold Chain Handling
Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with appropriate cold chain packaging. Lyophilized products are shipped at ambient temperature with desiccant protection.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. You can also check order status through your account dashboard.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Contact support@axovalab.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of damage.
Restricted Destinations
Some compounds may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify local regulations before ordering. Orders to restricted destinations will be refunded.
